Key Responsibilities: - Data entry
- Email correspondence
- Basic accounting
- Reception duties
- Communication with teachers, parents and students
Key Skills and Attributes we are looking for include: - High ability in both English and Mandarin.
- Have good computer skills.
- Must have a current New Zealand full driving license and own transportation.
- Have a pleasant and patient telephone manner
- Have a great personality, friendly and honest
- Have a ‘can –do‘ attitude and be able to work under pressure
- Have a flexible schedule (evening and weekend work will be required).
