We are a boutique bathroom company based in Auckland, specializing in high-end, Italian-style modern fixtures. We cater primarily to developers, designers, and renovation companies across New Zealand. We are currently seeking a proactive and versatile team member to join us and support both our customer engagement and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, provide detailed product information, and facilitate sales Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads Update and manage product content on the company website Create and publish engaging posts on social media platforms (Instagram / Facebook / RED etc.) Support the coordination of daily operations and task planning Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving Basic knowledge or experience in marketing preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience in website content editing or social media advertising is a plus
Location: Auckland
Working Hours: Full-time or flexible (negotiable)
