Position: Manager Assistant Employment Details: About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Manager Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our management team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of managerial activities. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, a problem-solver, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with discretion and professionalism. Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordination role is highly regarded. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with exceptional oral and written communication skills; the ability to provide clear and concise real-time translation during meetings is essential. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage and coordinate the manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the manager and internal staff/external partners. Handle correspondence promptly and professionally. Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and provide oral translation support between English and Chinese as required. Prepare agendas and pre-meeting materials. Document Preparation: Draft, prepare, and edit documents, presentations, reports, and bilingual materials as directed by the manager. Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and follow-up on various projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Information Management: Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality. General Administrative Support: Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the management team and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
