Customer Support & Digital Marketing Associate (Mandarin Speaking) – Entry Level
> Location: Auckland, New Zealand

About the Role
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking team member to join our Customer Support Team.
This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has an interest in IT, and wants to develop both technical support and digital marketing skills.
You will:
  • Assist customers with broadband, VoIP, web hosting and router setup inquiries
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues (full training provided)
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and online channels
  • Support digital marketing activities, including:
    • Content ideas and planning
    • Social media posting (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, etc.)
    • Basic media creation using tools such as Canva or GIMP
  • Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on unresolved issues
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
  • Cantonese is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service mindset
  • Enjoys working in a team-focused environment
  • Interest in IT, telecommunications or networking (training provided)
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and solve problems
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
  • NZ citizen or resident preferred (valid work visa holders also considered)

Nice to have (Not required)
  • Basic understanding of broadband, VoIP or router configuration
  • Experience with social media platforms (WeChat, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Familiarity with Canva or GIMP (CapCut or other editing tools are a plus)
  • Previous customer service experience
