小弟请教一个问题，我现在在修车厂修车2年多了，当年我是在这里学了一年的Master of engineering.  然后有学过跟发动机有关的课程。 现在我想用motor mechanics这个title来办身份。 然后我想知道我这样算专业对口吗?重要的是这个title的学历要求是NZ Register Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)，我的master of engineering degree 可以代替吗？At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.

另外有朋友用这个TITLE办过PR吗？ 说说情况。小弟在这里不胜感激
