填pr申请表有几个问题不明白

在Section G里
G1，Do you or any other person included in this application have a national identity number, or other unique identifier that was issued to you by any government?
这个问题是让我填国内的省份证号吗？下面有个表格只能填2个信息：Name of applicant 应该就是我的名字，National identity number,应该是证件号。但是没有让我填证件名的地方，他们怎么知道我给的是什么证件呢？

G4 Are you or any other person included in this application presently subjedt to military service obligations in any country?
我没服兵役，所以我选择NO，但是后面说 if no,and you/they are a citizen of a country in which compulsory military service exists, give details.
这个我不知道怎么填，也不知道中国是啥兵役政策

希望有填过这个表格的人回答一下，谢谢

第一个，填身份证就行了呀，没说要填证件类型的。
第二个，你不是需要股兵役国家的公民的话，就什么都不用填。
