三文鱼烧烤配方 在家没事,就跟朋友们一起去上海鲜的课了,收获不少,而且很开心,在课堂上,最好笑的是,分在我们一组的一个帅弟,很认真,但就是做什么都胡,笑死我们一帮人了。 好了P话不再多了,先奉上 BBQ black bean salmon fillet on ginger and sesame vegetables 的英文详细做法:毫不保留滴哦。 BBQ black bean salmon fillet on ginger and vegetables Serves 4 4 180gm salmon filets, skin on 2 tbsp black bean sauce 1 cm ginger, grated 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2 tbs soy sauce 1 courgette 1/2 red capsicum 1/2 yellow capsicum 1 bunch choy sum bunch.(200gm) 2 cm ginger 1 spring onion 2 tbsp Kecap Manis 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1/4 cup white sesame seeds,toasted Cooking spray Marborough Flaky Sea Salt NY cut black pepper Method: 1. Score the salmon twice on the skin side. 2. In a bowl mix the black bean sauce, ginger, garlic and soy sauce together. Rub over both sides of the salmon and set aside. 3.Slice the courgette, carrot and capsicums into batons. Trim the choy sum. Slice the ginger into match sticks and Chinese slice on a diagonal the spring onion. Rinse all the vegetables under cold water, shaking off and excess water then toss together in a bowl. 4. Mix the kecap manis, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl. 5. Oil the char grill of the BBQ well and on medium heat place on the salmon fillets to cook for 3-5 minutes. Turn over and repeat on the other side, Try not to move the salmon for at least 3 minutes on the first side to allow the salmon to actually seal making it easier to turn over without sticking. 6. Place down a BBQ mat on the flat plate, lightly spray and place on all of the vegetables. Stir fry then add the ginger and continue to cook. 7. Organise the corners of the BBQ mat so that it will be ready to remove from the BBQ easily- see demo and then pour over the sauce. Continue to move the vegetables around until cooked al dente. 8. Pick up the corners of the mat and pour all the vegetables and sauce onto a sering platter. 9. Top with the salmon and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. 啊,以上的英文版配方是课堂上按着做的,但那天在家做的(看上面的照片),因为条件限制,我就把这个做法,做了一下调整,我是用不粘锅炒的菜,而且家里的芝麻用完了,所以没有加,其他都差不多了。但愿大家能够有机会试着做一下了,反正我把这个,也作为下次邀请朋友来家做客的一道菜了,绝对上品,然后配上红酒,背景钢琴。。。高尚优雅耶! |
