- About the Role

As an Import Operator, you will manage end-to-end import processes and work closely with our global and local partners to ensure seamless cargo movement. This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete import operations (Air, LCL, FCL) from overseas origin to final delivery.
• Communicate regularly with overseas offices, agents, and service providers to track shipments and meet deadlines.
• Prepare and process import documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with legal, customs, and company requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure the best outcomes while meeting time-critical requirements.
• Deliver professional and solution-focused customer service.
• Provide regular updates to the Import Manager regarding workload, feedback, and process improvements.
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset, positive “can‑do” attitude, and strong commercial awareness.
