Duties:

o  Prepare homes by design with de-cluttering, organizing,and staging

o  Communicating and engaging with clients’ requests withdetail (online or open sale day), designing consultation and feedbacks.

o  Packing up and assist movers with on-site stagingcollection.

o  When preparing or modifying designs:

Take account of any pre-staging information provided by the client (andprincipal designer, if one is involved)

o  Providedesign information to:

The client and Principal Contractor (or the contractor for singlecontractor projects) to help them comply with their duties, such as preparingfor staging and ensuring assistance during staging.

o  Communicate,cooperate and coordinate with:

Any other designers (including the principal designer) and clients thatall designs are compatible and ensure preparation before staging, both duringthe project and beyond.

o  Allcontractors (including the principal designer), to take account of theirknowledge and experience of spacious designs.

o  Willingto allocate when services are required within Auckland districts.

o  Willprovide one time after customer service of fixing when requesting of modifyingthe staging property.

o  Prepare and do the fixing
