吓大雨了

最近在路上看到很多车，车头都挂了个红色的圆形的小罩子，罩在车子的车头logo的位置，总是能看到，而且还都是不同品牌的，本着求知的精神，问下大家有人知道代表什么吗？或者有什么特殊含义吗？
