Position Title: Office Administrator(Fixed-Term, 1 Year) Role Summary The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting dailyoffice operations, coordinating facility services, managing supplies, anddelivering administrative support across the organization. This role ensuresefficient workflow, smooth communication, and a well‑maintained workingenvironment. Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties
- Mail & parcel handling (including PO Box checks)
- Office supply management (stationery, warehouse supplies, cleaning items, coffee/tea, snacks, water, PPE, uniforms)
- Facility & service coordination (cleaning, gardening, pest control, waste management, printers, water dispensers, CCTV/alarm access, small repairs, vendor liaison)
- Basic asset/vehicle admin (including admin car fuel & cleaning)
- Scheduling and booking (meetings, travel bookings, company quarterly lunch, year‑end function support)
- Document & contract admin (filing, certificates, reports, vendor documentation)
- HR admin support
- Digital updates
- Operation Team support when needed (Reception, parcel assistance, basic operational admin support)
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Employment Details
- Contract: Fixed Term (12 months)
