CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
-Are you currently studying IT and looking to take your first step in gaining experience in the marketplace? Then, this is a good opportunity for you to step into IT environment.
-We require Customer Service and Sales consultants who represent our products and services in order to obtain new customers as well as support existing business and residential customers.
-Must have Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills.
-The ideal candidates will be intensely customer oriented with an excellent telephone manner - 2 / 3 years Internet and computer experience would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
-Support account/technical issues for the residential and business customers
-Walk with customers through the process of the services
-Troubleshoot account/technical issues with other department/team
-Diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve the technical issues
-Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
-Following standard procedures for troubleshooting or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
-General office works
Required Skills:
-Relevant IT qualification
-Hands on experience in computer, operating systems and network installation and maintenance
-Able to diagnose and repair both network and computer faults quickly
-Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
-Attention to detail and ability to work in a variety of customer situations
-Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written in English
-Chinese speaker would be advantageous
-Basic digital marketing and social media knowledge is a plus
-Strong call control/call management and follow-through skills
-Resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency, active and positive can-do attitude
-NZ citizen or permanent residents will have higher priority
