Earthstar Chartered Accountants is a boutique CA firm in Albany Village. It is an Approved Training Organization(ATO) by the NZICA.

In today’s competitive job market, candidates not only need the tertiary qualification, they also need the work experience to get an accountant job.

Most graduates have problems finding a job as most employers prefer to take someone with experience, especially the CA firm partners. The reason is that the employers especially the CA firms partners have not got time to train graduates and the cost of training are very high.

This programme is designed for the graduates. This programme will provide students with technical skills and work experience to find a job in a CA firm and become a CA.  

The CA Foundations Programme consists of two parts – 5 workshops and one month work experience.

The Programme will help you gain a greater appreciation and understanding of how the accountants preparing accounts and tax returns in real world. All the relevant topic areas are covered, increasing a candidate’s opportunity to get a job in a CA firm.

·        This module is for 1 month practical experience with 5 hours per week supervised training. You will be preparing PAYE, GST returns, IR3, IR4 and financial statements for real clients and your work will be reviewed by Partners.
