Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide high-quality customer service via all the possible communication methods.

• Conduct products introduction and educational sessions to promote the benefits and proper use of company products.

• Collaborate with the other department to execute promotional campaigns and support product launches.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

• Ensure On-Time In-Full delivery for all customer orders.

• Collaborate with the finance team for all the payment and invoices.

• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a sales representative or specialist in the food or pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare suppliments will be prefered.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in ERP systerm will be prefered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development of new and existing products and processes to meet company requirements. Redevelop current formulations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Draft product documents that meet food standards for customers, mainly in China and New Zealand markets, including but not limited to product labels, formulas, specifications, and nutritional information.
• Collaborate with QA and supply chain departments to issue and review raw material documents.
• Prepare product samples and arrange internal trials and external testing to optimize flavor, texture, and nutritional value.
• Provide internal and external technical support for product development, purchasing teams, quality assurance, sales, and production departments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across the company to bring your ideas to life.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in Food Science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in food technology or product development.
• Ability to carry out product and process development, and drive continuous improvement in existing formulations.
• Proficiency in drafting product documents that meet food standards, especially for the China and New Zealand markets.
• Experience with preparing product samples, conducting internal trials, and arranging external testing.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across departments.
• Excellent technical support abilities, working closely with multiple teams.
• Effective communication skills, capable of working with teams to advance projects.
