[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]About the role [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]Based at our busy East Auckland office, we have a permanent full time vacancy in our Direct Marketing team-Call center based. Our direct marketing teams are responsible for maximising sales of HRV whole home solutions. You will be responsible for telephoning prospective (existing) customers and setting up quality appointments for the sales team to convert.
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]Other key areas of responsibility include the following: - Achieving Key Performance Outcomes (KPO's) including minimum call volumes, leads generated, conversion rates, and budgets.
- Monitoring achievement targets
- Maintaining high activity and productivity level in sales/service
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 6.00pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (these are set working hours).

- We are looking for a dynamic person with a proven track record in achieving sales and service targets in a fast-paced environment. You'll be bursting with energy, always eager to jump on the phone and get results. You'll shine on the phone - dazzling and enticing customers to buy from us! You will have a strong level of attention to detail and accuracy and be an enthusiastic team player, with a working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Heat-pump knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential. Experience with Excel and Outlook is required as you will be managing the Sales teams' diaries and creating reports.
- Most importantly, you will know (and believe) the customer is our reason for being!
