替父母申请，北京1年半了，刚分到移民官发信要求如下：
For speed and security of your documents please include four self-addressed envelopes for correspondence and return of your documents. If your postal address is within China , please use Chinese character on your envelopes with post code.
有一样的嘛？ 是寄到移民官手里？还是签证中心？
