求巧克力栗子卷的做法

这个我是买的kiwi的书照着上面的方子做的~我直接打英文了~~
Chocolate Chestnut Roulade
Cake
60g dark chocolate,chopped
4 eggs
115g caster sugar
110g chestnut ,chopped
60g self-raising flour, sifted
2 tablespoons hot water
cocoa powder for dusting
Chestnut Cream
150g chestnut,chopped
300ml thick cream
1 tablespoon dark rum
1.Preheat the oven to 180℃,Lightly grease a 10*12inch shallow Swiss roll tin and line the base with baking paper.
2.Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Sit the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring frequently until the chocolate has melted. Take care that the base of the bowl doesn't touch the water. Allow to cool.
3.Whisk the eggs and sugar in a large bowl until pale and very thick.Beat in the chestnut chops and chocolate chops,then fold in the flour and water. Gently spread the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 20mins, or until just cooked and springy to the touch.
4. Put a tea towel on the work surface, cover with a sheet of baking paper and sprinkle the paper lightly with cocoa powder.Turn the cake out onto the paper, Then carefully remove the baking paper from the base of the cake. Trim the edges to neaten. Using the tea towel as a guide, carefully roll the cake up from the long side, rolling the paper inside the roll. Put the rolled cake on a wire rack and leave to cool for 10mins, then carefully unroll the cake and cool completely.
5.To make the chestnut cream, combine the chestnut,cream and rum in a bowl,then beat until just thick. Spread the cake with the chestnut cream, then carefully reroll, using the paper to guide you. Place the roulade seam side down and dust the top lightly with cocoa powder. |
