Could someone please give me tips about driving with an Excedy clutch? Thanks =D The reason is because I have just bought a car with this type of clutch, but I have never driven a car with this type of clutch before >.< does it work the same way as a normal clutch? And Anything I should be careful about? Thanks a lot =))

depends on what model of excedy clutch you mean,they made oem replacement clutch and you can just drive like normal.

don't be scared by others story, try it, you love it once you get used to it.

pressure from clutch pedal becomes heavier than normail, that's it.

It's not twin or triple clutch

i figure exedy is more like a brand, but not representing one particular clutch type. if it feels like a normal one, then drive it like a normal one.

Don't try to ride their full racing clutch, it'll break.

Ugh... My friends just told me to try and get used to it. It's normal to stall at first even if I know how to drive manual. And as well as that, prepare to get a new clutch.. Even though the current one has only done 5000km?
I think I got OEM end caps? But it's an Excedy heavy duty one... Ahhhhh

I am running Exedy Hyper Single on my S15, awesome !!
unless you been driving with normal clutch for too long :)

I also run a 3 pug on my DC5 Race car, it's harder to drive daily...

anyway, it's in your car now, GET USED TO IT !!
