新闻标题: Auckland house sales jump 80pc in March, 但是实际上比去年3月份还低. 比同年2月份涨得多是因为2月份sales大跌基数低了.

Total value涨了是因为卖掉的中高端和高端房产比例增加了, 因为LVR的原因, 低端市场最近经历了一场"mini crash"

这周的拍卖结果还没仔细看, 但上周北岸的我觉得真惨, 很多no bid or passed in. 我不认为市场会crash, 但也没觉得最近会大涨.
