Partner Support > Declaration ???

hi,
I want to support my girlfriend to have partners work visa, there is a question when filling the form, could you please help?


In the part of Section E Declaration

Signature of supporter Declared at "place" this "date" of "month" "year"
before me <name of person authorised to take statutory declarations>, <official designation >, <Signature of person authorised to take statutory declarations>

I know I am the supporter, but who is the authorised person and how can I find him???
