What are the differences between using a LT company and 'individual' for the first property.
Your purpose is to maximize your benefit.
As I said, LT company can make your unit 100% financed. But you know, put unit still in your individual can't be 100% financed as your unit market value is around $430K but can only get loan of $340k on it.
By using LT Co, the unit can get $430k fully financed. |
