unitc 有的，一个很短的课程，full time 学好像才2个月吧，忘了，学费不到1000刀，几年前的价。打电话问问就行。

我来详细解读一下吧。
这个从业资格证是在Unitec读的，好像是3个月左右，差不多2k学费吧，做10几个assessment，一个最终的一对一考试就可以过了。读出来之后很多AKL的小公司基本是无条件要你，主要是员工越多房源越多吧。从12年开始想进BF比较正规，要几次面试最后还要跟Barfoot老大爷聊天聊开心了才算过。

Few bad experiences on bF , some fraud happened and some bad apples ruined their reputation in 2007-2008.

it is a family business, they are more careful who they bring in ....

老太爷 had seen many people in and out of the company, if it is a gd one he will know. Even if you are a simple piece of wood, you might still be given a chance, just that you might end up wasting your time for 1 - 2 yrs (or even more) not getting any where...

If you sell 5 houses a yr, it is still well below minimum wages..... this industry is all about packaging, packaging and marketing yourself eventhough you are breeding inside.  After 2 yrs, you become numb, and desperately aggressive and knowing being a nice human being will not get you anywhere in this industry, you become manipulative and acquired the skills of the trade of wearing different masks.... sooner or later that becomes your personalities....

everywhere you go you try to explore that opportunity from friends, friends' friends, putting up your photographs everywhere , sending your name cards , pamphlets to unknown people,  writing articles, giving free advices just to be notice of  ...... some articles are from books, just translated by you into chinese to show you are very knowledgeable, very experience,  very kind.....

When opportunity comes, you will exploite the vulnerable and those new to the country and those in urgent needs ( separation, death, leaving country) , as you know if you don't exploit others will, you might well do it first......

The more you do it, the more it becomes normal.....  you re-define some definations of good and evil or normal and adnormal and rewrite your own dictionaries.

You might laugh and smile your way to success and at the same time hollowing out your own soul.......

身边的中介朋友确实都是这样，他们说的话我也都不敢相信。
