Automotive and Industrial Technical Sales

Transmax is a company dealing in a range of specialist automotive and industrial products to wide range of industries.  We have a key focus on automotive, earthmoving, construction, mining, and materials handling equipment. We are looking for a person keen to work in sales, that wants to progress with a career in management.

Your tasks and duties will include:

• Handling customer enquiries and orders to high standards that creates strong customer relationships.

• Managing the company inventory in a diligent manner.

• Promoting new products to new and existing customer base.

• Natural understanding of technical products with a practical approach to problem solving.

• Use statistical software to create quotes and produce sales invoices.

• Work alongside other team members but able to deliver and work independently.

• Telephoning and visiting key customers.

  
  

To apply for this job you must:

• Desire a career in sales. You will already have enjoyed working in a sales role, and feel passionate about having a commercial career where selling industrial products in an intelligent market.

• Enjoys close working relationships with colleagues and customers.

• Have interest in mechanical aspects.

• Fluent English-speaking skills essential.

• Have NZ PR or valid work visa.
