请教:阿海,两房Unit在这些区价格情况
Mt willington,panmure,Ellerslie三角区
Papatoetoe,
Pakuranga,
Onehunga
Mt Albert
这些区大概现在涨到什么价格

出卖

个人感觉不好说，unit来说有的大，有的小，还有什么cross lease和unit title区别。还涉及其他的影响价格因素，比如院子，车库或者车棚，还有车道什么的

Panmure, 32-38万不等
Ellerslie, 35-42万不等
Papatoetoe, 南区不知道
Pakuranga, 被炒起来了，38-45万不等
Onehunga, 35-45万不等
Mt Albert, 华人炒得厉害，40-47万不等

昨天(17.2.2013)拍卖:2房的四间连排的在3/14 Longford St Mt Wellington这间,CV26万,拍出39万5千;相信房主笑到下巴都掉了

Longford这个比较特殊，11年已卖32万，同期unit那时才大概25-27万。

但真的发现不到这Longford街房子的特别好处;那对面小学,毛岛也不少呀,这间前后围墙,全地砖,没草皮,化妆过,可能首次买房会志在必得

之前也去了open home，没想到拍卖的时候有那么多人，但是感觉真正竞拍的只有三个买家，到最后剩下一个买家从36自己加到39，不知道是不是没有到reserve price，如果这个买家放弃，passed in ？？请高人指教！首次购房请问pakuranga height这边的房子如何？

最后买家出39万那个是华人？

基本问题不大 浴室下面漏水 屋主会找注册水工修好 开出证明~

还有就是中介拿出的那张能租多少钱的纸 是他们随便写的？还是有什么根据的？

有根据的。

里面如果装修不错的能租400多。

一般情况的就380左右吧。

1/35 kings rd, panmure和这个情况一样，CV24, 拍卖的时候叫到了37.6,  没到两天时间， for rent！
