Positive. If US is good, Americans consumer more, thus they demand more goods, so China export will bounce back, which help to sustain China economy. Once a China economy is better, Australia will get benefit as its economy heavily rely on China, and as NZ economy has strongly connection with AUS, so NZ will be better. This is so called global economy.

看起来更象是印钱导致的通涨，美国是源头，所以美金跌得多。
房价涨是通货膨胀的直接表现---利率低，贷款条件宽松，货币贬值的预期，都是从银行到房市的直接效果。
