黑心老板存心扣着一周工钱不给怎么办

我在原单位辞职了 照理在离开后的一周会收到我辞职前那最后一周的工钱 可是没收到

于是我去了原单位索要 老板答应第2天打到我帐上 可结果2天过去了 也没收到

有什么地方可以去反应这种情况吗

但对他的人品还是比较怀疑的....

除了拿工资还要拿回你的HOLIDAY PAY,如果是他解雇你的,再要多一个月的工资!!!!

那个传说中的holiday pay我估计是拿不到了

在那里做了3年的老员工和我说
