===招聘职位：R & D Team Leader ===
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training to new staff (R&D and production staff) and relevant staff when regulations (e.g. FSANZ, GB Standards) are updated.
- Review and approve formulas, labels, and raw materials.
- Review new/alternative raw material documents, samples, and suppliers, and complete the "Raw Material Assessment Form."
- Improve and design manufacturing processes and machines.
- Design formulas as requested by customers according to relevant standards of the intended market (e.g. DSR1985, GB Standard, OMAR).
- Oversee the whole project and provide advice at any stage if required.
- Work with the QA&QC Compliance team for GACC registration.
- Serve as a member of the HACCP team.
- Assist the QA team with validation protocols, product stability reports, and RMP amendments when required.
- Participate in MPI PBV audits when required.
- Meet with suppliers, labs, and customers when required.
- Ensure testing items and methods are up to date and support the QA team with sending samples when required.
- Respond to sales/customer requests (e.g., product complaints, making reports, Excel, PPT).
- Solve problems in production.
- Test and make samples.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Nutrition, or a similar qualification.
- At least 3 years of local experience in the food or health supplements industry.
- Familiarity with related regulations and compliance requirements for both the New Zealand and China markets.
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and team leadership abilities.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
- Experience with the Abel ERP system is highly preferred.
===招聘职位：R & D Technician ===
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development of new and existing products and processes to meet company requirements. Redevelop current formulations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Draft product documents that meet food standards for customers, mainly in China and New Zealand markets, including but not limited to product labels, formulas, specifications, and nutritional information.
- Collaborate with QA and supply chain departments to issue and review raw material documents.
- Prepare product samples and arrange internal trials and external testing to optimize flavor, texture, and nutritional value.
- Provide internal and external technical support for product development, purchasing teams, quality assurance, sales, and production departments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across the company to bring your ideas to life.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in Food Science or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in food technology or product development.
- Ability to carry out product and process development, and drive continuous improvement in existing formulations.
- Proficiency in drafting product documents that meet food standards, especially for the China and New Zealand markets.
- Experience with preparing product samples, conducting internal trials, and arranging external testing.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across departments.
- Excellent technical support abilities, working closely with multiple teams.
- Effective communication skills, capable of working with teams to advance projects.
