Responsibilities：
Draft batch documents for the manufacture of products.
Developing and reviewing SOP’s as required.
Perform Environmental Monitoring for production clean room.
Perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products are within specifications.
Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
Investigate any non-conformance that may arise and deliver corrective and preventive solutions.
Look after training records for staff.
Dealing with audit matters.
Skills looking for:
Be a qualified food technologist or scientist with a degree in BTech, BSc, BAppSc or similar.
Strong English writing and reading skills.
Mandarin speaking preferred.
Have a high attention to detail, problem solving skills and autonomy.
A positive and can-do attitude with passion on continuous improvement.
