About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this roleencompasses:


  • Customer     service excellence, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
  • Team     management, including recruitment, training, and performance     oversight.
  • Operational     efficiency, ensuring consistent application of internal systems and     processes, including sales desk functions.
  • Administrative     tasks, including reporting and staff coordination.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:


  • A proven     track record in people management with strong leadership     skills.
  • Exceptional     organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency     in MS Office and a solid understanding of reservation booking     systems.
  • Experience     with property management systems, channel managers, and travel desk     sales (preferred).

Eligibility & Commitment


  • Must     currently reside in New Zealand.
  • Must     hold valid working rights for New Zealand.
  • Must     be committed to a minimum two-year tenure in the role.
