- Customer service excellence, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
- Team management, including recruitment, training, and performance oversight.
- Operational efficiency, ensuring consistent application of internal systems and processes, including sales desk functions.
- Administrative tasks, including reporting and staff coordination.
About You The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in people management with strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of reservation booking systems.
- Experience with property management systems, channel managers, and travel desk sales (preferred).
Eligibility & Commitment
- Must currently reside in New Zealand.
- Must hold valid working rights for New Zealand.
- Must be committed to a minimum two-year tenure in the role.
