昨天和今天的观察，单层有院落的Unit 很吸引眼球 （多数是one of three, one of four)，对比之下，双层的Unit, 如果没有院落，有点受冷遇。。。。

双层的Unit, 没有院子，户数太多太乱，被公寓和新的联排淘汰了。

本来上下层就是相对便宜的，有钱买Unit谁不想买平层带院子带车库？当然租金回报率基本类似。

你也可以说有钱干嘛还买Unit? 买全副地，Home income 嘛。

只要位置好，中区这些Unit 照样有市场。
