新政后是不是意味着黄区的Future Urban ZONE 不太值得关注，会被政府延期开发？

基于政府最近公布的老区中密度开发政策，不知道哪些买黄区Future Urban 的人如何感想，估计都是投资大佬，喜欢农场生活，特别是Dairy Flat 好像要未来20-30年才能开发，时间就是金钱，如果再被推迟，感觉买黄区Future Urban ZONE 吸引力要降了。

這些future 不future 的 太多不確定性  想當年Unitary Plan 出台時不是風風火火嗎？ 不過是5年光景就給這班中央政府政客霸王上弓  基本把當時辛辛苦苦又諮詢有研究弄出來的住宅區 zoning 系統廢了大半了 - 還說2 30年說那麼遠？ 變幻原是永恆.....

这新政如果真能落实，再去开发黄区有点不划算。

所以我刚把一个Future urban农场卖了，价格很美丽，不过drury那边的还是很香，价格按照每hectare 3mil叫，每个地主都在美美的做着发财梦呢？

3m一公顷，够贵的，那dairy flat位置比它好，都没敢叫那么贵

drury附近 火车站很快就动工了，周边开发已经开始Dairy Flat 还不知什么年月

2.1 Urban growth in southern Auckland
The Auckland Plan 2050 signals that over the next 30 years Auckland could grow byanother 720,000 people to reach 2.4 million. To meet the challenges associated withpopulation growth in Auckland, the Auckland Plan anticipates that land for an additional313,000 dwellings and about 263,000 additional jobs will be needed to support this growth.Part of that growth will occur in southern Auckland.


The Drury – Opāheke structure plan area is part of Auckland’s southern growth area. Thisarea is approximately 20km south of Auckland’s city centre. The southern growth areaincludes the largest proportion of future urban areas in Auckland (45 per cent). Thisincludes the large future urban areas of Takaanini, Drury – Opāheke, and Pukekohe –Paerata.


The rural settlements in the south include Oruarangi, Maraetai, Clevedon, ClevedonWaterways, Karaka North, Kingseat, Clarks Beach, Glenbrook Beach and Patumahoe.


Together, the areas zoned for future urban growth comprise a large land area of about6,706 ha. The population in this southern growth area is anticipated to grow from 193,000in 2016 to 353,000 by 2046.


Growth will also occur within Auckland’s existing urban areas through intensification andwithin the adjoining North Waikato.The development of the Future Urban Zone in Drury – Opāheke is part of the solution foraddressing the growth challenge. "

你的意思，drury的future urban很快就要被开发了，那买了urban zone农产的人可真的等于中奖了，随便翻买价几十倍吧

据我知道的挨着kiwi property的long driver way的农场不久前才卖了小700m吧
