请教哪里可以找到template notice to terminate tenancy

我是房东，有一栋投资房出租，合同上是3月份到期，我不想续约了。 请问有人知道哪里可以找到template notice吗？或者有哪些我在notice里面需要注明的？

一般tenancy termination是90天的。90天notice就不需要给理由。

如果用42天，那就要给理由，例如：
1）房子要卖了
2）自己或家人要搬进去住

如果房客搬出去后发现你撒谎了，有可能他们会去Tenancy Tribunal投诉告你。

但机会应该不高，就跟他们说你愿意给他们好reference就行了。

谢谢啊！~~  本来就是签了合约到3月初结束的，只是告诉他不续约了。我打算装修一下把房子卖了。

算了一下 是52天，是不是也要写理由啊？

必须的。

Tenancy Agreement到期了不代表租客就要搬走啊，房东还是要serve notice的。
