请问title 下的这个能解释一下吗？谢谢*

就是有公用管線和隔壁管道穿過這塊地某一部分（就是marked A 和B這些 要看title上後面的survey plan才知道具體位置) 甲/乙方有相關維修權利等  這個東西好普遍吧

A 是公用的车道，B是我这边的车道和车库。 现在污水管道在后面房子，是不是我要分割建房要得到后面邻居同意？

只要公用管道在鄰居家  你要分割需要連接的話都要鄰居同意
