A：对不起，我们不喜欢房子里人太多，或拥挤，或太杂乱，因此我们不招收couple。室友们一般也不带人留宿过夜，常住房子里的最多3人。另外，我们也不招收印度裔男或中东裔男，非常抱歉。

A： 对不起，华裔大哥在用车库，如果平时需要搭顺风车去商场购物，可以提前招呼。小区有visitor carpark，可以停三个小时。小区周围路边可以停车，6PM-8AM或周末免费。小区正对面的一条街，有10个长期免费车位，需要先占先得。

A：kiwi大姐和华裔大哥都30出头，人很nice，成熟直爽，不是Party喝酒疯玩的年轻类型，安静整洁注重个人空间，平时除了简单煮食，基本见不着人。Kiwi大姐住在楼下带独立卫浴的房间，平时宅着看Neflix和上网课，每月不定时回Roturua自己家度假。华裔大哥住三楼其中一个房间，读书人四个学位，朝九晚五上班，很爱干净，对一起使用的卫浴有较高卫生标准。总体而言，现室友都很少煮食，每日主动清理厨卫，独立安静。
