Ideal flattie: who doesn’t cook much, quiet, regular lifestyle, clean and tidy, non-smoker, pays rent on time, and is okay with children. We are a gay family with two little kids under 7 and 6 (they go to schools).

Ideal location, 10 min walk, to Puhinui train station (Southern/Eastern lines). Airport link bus every 10 mins to train station (a few mins ride, no extra fee), or a short trip to airport/Manukau. Both SH20 and SH1 are also a few minutes away.
