General Duties:

· Install, maintain, and repair smart home telecommunications devices such as smart switches, smart door locks, and smart cameras.

· Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of smart home telecommunications systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· Resolve network connectivity issues and promptly address technical problems.

· Configure and maintain a range of smart home devices including smart security systems, smart door locks, smart switches, smart cameras, and smart curtains.

· Perform testing and diagnostics to identify faults in smart home telecommunications infrastructure and implement appropriate solutions.

· Handle customer calls and remotely troubleshoot a variety of issues and faults encountered in using company products.

· Document all maintenance and repair activities, including equipment inventory and stock management.

· Communicate effectively in Chinese with manufacturers in China regarding requirements for smart products and after-sales issues.

· Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.

· Availability for on-call customer on-site after-sales service.

· Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations when using telecommunications equipment.

Qualifications:

· Education:  College degree or above.

· Work experience: 5 years or more in the smart home industry. In-depth knowledge of mainstream smart home products and technologies.

· Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting smart home devices and software.

· Familiarity with a range of smart home devices including smart security systems, smart door locks, smart switches, smart cameras, and smart curtains.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Willingness to work flexibly and respond to emergencies as needed.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Working Hours and Benefits:

· Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
