Logistics Coordinator(Warehouse)

JobDescriptions:

•As part of the Warehouse team, be responsible forcoordinating cargo inwards and outwards of ACS and third-party contractedwarehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy.

•Be able to ensure the accuracy of invoices issuing

•Be responsible for arranging inwards, outwards, local cartage, sea freight LCL & FCL, and air freighttransfer process.

•Be able to proficient in third-party logistics andrelevant system usage.

•Be responsible for arranging and completing allassociated paperwork and cooperating with other parties internally andexternally to ensure it’s all legal and legitimate.

•Keep effective and efficient communication with teammembers and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

•Be able to negotiate with suppliers and manage to dealwith difficult situations in order to meet timescales. (e.g., cut-off, specialrequirement)

•Provide customer service in a professional manner, and beable to provide solutions.

Requirement:

• (Preferred but not essential)Experience using logistics-related software (Cargowise / CartonCloud) or anyother type of ERP system regarding logistic operations.

• Excellent communication skillsboth oral and written in English.

• Relevant work experience in thesame industry is preferred;

• Good time management skills and well-organizedindividual
