还是EMPLOYER补助

关于那个EMPLOYER补助，发了3周下来，然后又发了三周。。。。

问题是，第一个三周是从什么时候开始算的呢？地震那天开始的还是从刚发下来那天开始的？？就是从2月22号到3月7号？？？


那如果第二个三周。想退回去，怎么退。。。。。实在没明白。。

Cheque
Write a cheque for the amount repayable to "Ministry of Social Development"
Write "ESS67062" and the IRD number you used on the application form on the back of the cheque
Send the cheque to:
National Accounting Centre
Private Bag 3050
Rotorua 3046
Direct credit
If you wish to pay by Direct Credit/Internet Banking you should make payment to the following Westpac account:

03 0049 0005363 26
Particulars = "ESS67062"
Reference = IRD number you used on your application
