Homeloan broker

Is it safe to get homeloan through a broker? I should be able to get one via the bank mydelf, but heard that the deal a broker can get is better than if I try myself.

And what happens if I need to re-finance in future - do i still have to deal with this same broker or with some banker in the bank?

So if I do this through broker now, would i need to deal with this broker all the way, or it's just one off (to get the loan)?

除了BNZ不能通过broker之外。

其他银行都建议你通过broker。

银行里通常都有很多dead wood，被你碰上了才伤脑筋呢。

Broker都是贷出去款才赚钱的，所以一般都很努力帮你。
