请问关于旅游签证，

这是我爸爸妈妈办的一年多次往返的旅游签证，
请问各位大虾，这个签证只能来一次，还是多次？ 我知道不能呆多于1个月，但爸爸妈妈可以去一下澳洲然后再回来吗？最后一句说The holder shall not study for more than 3 months in every 12 month period in NZ.  这只是针对读书的还是说，一年只能来3次，每次不能多于1个月，然后最多来3个月？
