急求答案：关于办理pr过程中遇到的问题，求哪位好心人帮忙！！！

各位，大家好：

我正在办理我自己和我大女儿的pr.我现在是二婚，现在的老公是新西兰籍。移民局来信要我出具 documentation in regards to (我女儿的名字)living in new zealand permanently.  具体内容是：as your daughter is under the age of 16,you must provide a statutory declaration from her biological father stating that your daughter can be removed from china and live permanently in new zealand, please make sure that the statutory declaration clearly states the above information and declaration is made in front of a person who is authorised to take statutory declarations.

我就不知道这个声明应该哪里可以出？是我前夫手写一份到公证处就能办吗？如果可以，具体内容是什么？

有啊！判决书我公证过了，也要提供。这是另一个要求。

这个证明是需要你前夫同意你女儿离开中国随你去新西兰永久居住的声明，这个公证需要你前夫带着他的身份证和他与你女儿的关系证明到公证处当着公证人员的面写一份同意放行的书面证明，此同意书公证件要有英文翻译。
