关于连续工作九个月拿永久回头签的问题，得到移民局回复

给移民局发邮件咨询了一下，把移民局回复的邮件贴上来供大家参考：

Thank you for contacting us.

You would need to meet two requirements as I have listed them below. Yes you can apply from overseas for a permanent resident visa if you meet the requirements. You can apply no later than three months after your two years of travel conditions expire (but not before your travel conditions expire)

Be in New Zealand as a resident for a total of at least 41 days in the 12 months immediately preceding the date the application for the permanent resident visa was made.
Have been engaged in full time continuous genuine employment in New Zealand immediately preceding the date the application for the permanent resident visa was made.

Defintion of employment for the purpose of these instructions:

Applicants are considered to have been engaged in full time continuous employment in New Zealand if they can produce evidence of genuine full time paid employment in New Zealand for a period or periods amounting to at least 9 months in the 24 months immediately preceding the date the application for the permanent resident visa was made.
Employment involving payment by commission and/or retainer is not acceptable. Self-employment is acceptable if they can produce evidence of genuine lawful active involvement in the management and operating of a business in New Zealand which the principal applicant has established, purchased, or has a shareholding in

这个我不确定哦，应为我本身是skilled的工作，所以就没有问移民局，你也可以发一封信过去问问看，大概两三天就回email的样子，回来把结果跟大家分享下！

可以拿到PR,工作9个月后,离开nz, 满2年后再申请么?  9个月联系的工作记录都在.这样可以不? 麻烦帮忙问问

是这个样子的

至少要有IRD的9个月打税记录，最好有雇主开的证明信，具体需要的证明文件我还在咨询

lz所说的9个月，是指坐9个月移民监就够了。

如果你能满足每年184天的居住时间，两年也是可以满足永久回头签的要求的。

9个月   184天    我还是不明白。   那他说的at least 9个月 full time 工作是指任何工作都可以吗？

不是说连续九个月的是需要有房子的情况下，主申人才可以离开新西兰吗？现在是说SKILLED的技术移民，拿到PR后，连续工作九个月以上，就可以离开，第二年的移民监也不需要坐吗？然后两年到期后，才回来贴纸或国内贴纸吗？那么比那个税务居民的第一年184天，第二年41天 ，容易哦？？是这样吗？？求达人回复

这个都很好理解吧？！为什么这么多人都会问这些问题呢？ 据我所知，immigration的policy都是在他的网页上列出来的，基本上不问人都能看到

永久回头签， 九个月移民监，老实说，不太可能~ 不管你问谁

我觉得不太可能只需要9个月的continue working就可以不用两年移民监的。。它这个有可能是指你外派出国（新西兰境外）工作，然后你两年到期后要申请永久回头签了，而且人在外地（oversea），这种情况之下，同时符合上述两个条件，才能在国外申请永久回头签

人家都回复说了第二年还要坐41天

为什么不能仔细读一下

如果是被公司派遣回国工作，这九个月是否不需要在新西兰了呢？
