as you said, there's no formal written documentation.
Can I understand this way, per the Department of Labour, it stated, the trial period (90 days) is voluntary, and must be agreed by both parties, in writing, signed documentation.
Therefore, since there's no formal written documentation, then there's no trial period for the job, therefore, the case was successful? |
