申请递交地点不同费用相差好多，请问大家，如果EOI 的时候，父母在中国，但是递交材料的时候他们会拿旅游签证来新西兰，是不是可以在新西兰递交材料了？


还是EOI 的时候就会给你分配国内还是新西兰了？
