Council has updated the latest unitary plan for public submission.
There are few categories of interest :
1) single hse ( looks like remain unchange from previous version) - with minor dwelling potential or potential subdivision at
600 sq m per lot
2) mixed housing suburban ( some intensification subject to compliance) - potential subdivision at 400 sq m per lot
3) Mixed housing urban ( allow more intensification subject to compliance) - potential subdivision at 300 sq m per lot.
