A Minor Dwelling is a secondary unit which can be built on an already existing title. It can be built separately from the existing dwelling or joining, such as a basement development.
- The section size should be greater than 600m2 to take a minor dwelling of up to 60m2.
So, to answer the question, if your section is greater than 600m2 then yes, you are likely to be able to build a minor dwelling up to 60m2. |
