don't believe new CV, that's doesn't mean too much. I can see a plaster house, new cv 140w, land only 45w, but improvement value = 100w, 100w house? I can see the house only worth no more than 30w (take the risk of plaster leaking)
but freehold 600 section, 5 bedrooms, macleans BBI zone. tell me how much you want to pay... not 80w? |
