关于入籍的交通罚单 (已经回答)

你好大律师 五年多前 警察给了一张罚单 我提交入籍申请的时候 内政部的服务人员让我不用写 说只有上庭的才用写上去 而且罚金五年多前也付了 我的解释信都写好了但 他让我tick no 不用提交 但表格上面明明写着Include convictions even if you have paid the fines

今天发现入籍表格变了
这是以前的问题:
Have you ever had any infringements  / fines in New Zealand or any other country?
Even if you have paid the fines, please include all your traffic fines (including speed camera fines), fishery
breaches, immigration infringements. DON’T include parking fines.
If Yes. You need to include a letter with the details of what happened.

现在的问题变成:
Have you ever been convicted or found guilty of any offence against the
law of New Zealand or any other country?
Include any convictions even if you have paid the fine



Infringements like speeding or parking tickets become court fines if you don’t pay them on time.

所以现在入籍的时候 服务人员就不让填写没有上过庭的那种交通罚单了
