Parnell Branch is looking for a vibrant, energetic person with a strong sense of team-spirit to join us as a full-time Junior Portfolio Property Manager. The branch has a variety of residential houses and apartments predominantly in the Parnell, Remuera, City vicinity.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Customer-focused, taking pride in delivering exceptional service, able to learn on the go and isn't afraid to ask questions.
• Organised and cheerful, with a positive attitude and good attention to detail.
• Personable and well presented with excellent communication skills with the public and staff.  
• Has a knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese Language -this will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, reliable, with good time management and calmness under pressure
• Interested in a position that will provide many professional development opportunities and a variety of daily roles and responsibilities.
• Has an ability to learn new computer systems quickly and proficiently
