工作职责：

1.    工厂日常运作所需的对内对外的沟通；

2.    与相关政府部门或工厂的合作方进行必要的沟通协调工作；

3.    协助厂长做好工厂的全面管理和控制，包括但不限于物料采购及管理、生产计划管理以及相关单证处理等；

4.    处理办公室后勤事务（如行政、人员招聘、考勤、薪资及报税等工作），以支持工厂的正常运作；

5.    做好必要的翻译工作。

任职要求:

1.  本科以上学历，在新西兰有2-5年相关后勤/运营工作经验；

2.  沟通、协调、计划、执行能力强；

3.  认真负责，积极主动；学习能力强；

4.  了解新西兰当地的就业政策和法规；

5.  中英文口语及书面表达流利。

Plant Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

1.      Internal and externalcommunication necessary for daily plant operations.

2.      Conducting essentialcoordination and communication with relevant government agencies or partners.

3.      Assisting the plant director incomprehensive management and supervision of the plant, including but notlimited to material procurement and management, production planning, andhandling production related documents.

4.      Handling office logistics (suchas administration, recruitment, attendance management, payroll, and taxreporting) to support the normal operation of the plant.

5.      Performing necessarytranslation and interpretation tasks.

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2-5 years of relative working experience inNZ.

2.      Strong in communication,coordination, planning, and execution.

3.      Responsible and proactive. Stronglearning agility.

4.      Knowledge of NZ employmentpolicies and regulations.

5.      Proficient orally and inwritten in both English and Chinese.
